What information do I need when enquiring?

How do I make a booking?

If booking more then four weeks in advance a minimum of 4 people will need to be  confirmed at the time of booking. On the day a minimum of £140 will be payable for  the booking as a 90 minute slot will be allocated for you. All 4 people need to be in one location. If numbers are reduced on the day payment for 4 persons will still need to be paid as per booking. For larger bookings, full payment will be requested 24 hours in advance of the day. There are no refunds for drop outs on the day.

If booking for less then 4 people please send enquiry 4 weeks before the function for a weekend slot. If diary allows you will be slotted in depending on current commitments and availability. We are not able to confirm weekend slots in advance for less then 4 people, for bookings of less then 4 people Mon-Friday you can reserve a slot in advance.

When do I need to decide on my chosen style?

Hair styles need to be discussed in advance where possible or as a minimum thought needs to be given into what you like/dislike are to give the stylist some direction when making suggestion.

What if I need hair extensions?

Hair extensions are available to enhance your natural hair by advance order. Please visit to view our collection. You can order from the site for home delivery, as we carry limited stock on the day.

How do I prepare my hair?

Please ask all members of the group have clean and straightened hair. This ensures the best finish and minimises fly always on the day. Do not wash hair on the day as hair needs to be thoroughly dry for it to give the best finish and hold.

What time can I expect you?

Where possible timings will be confirmed in advance, on the day we allow a 15mins grace period before and after the agreed time. Time of the booking starts from when I enter the property, the first person should be available to start immediately. Where part of the group is not present and are late, it will not be possible to do their hair unless they arrive 20 mins before the artists departure time. Any later then 20 mins will mean the slot is void and the artist will leave.

Do you provide accessories?

Please ensure your party hand the hair accessories including Tikka to me at the start of their hair style. Once the front has been set it will not be possible to add the tikka in. ​

What Set up is required on the day?

Please ensure your chosen getting ready space has access to a power point with at least 2 power points, there is room for 2 chairs or a table and chair. A Mirror is not necessary, I would carry a hand held one in my kit for your convenience.

How do I make payment?

Payment will need to be ready for collection before the last persons hair has been completed. Waiting time for payment to be collected does not get factored into the booking therefore time should not be spent waiting for the money to be collated.

If paying by bank transfer, please ensure payment is made 24 hours in advance of the booking, this allows me confirm receipt. Please use the name of the bookings as a reference.  For payment not made in advance and where i have had to chase for payment a £10 Admin fee will be payable in addition to the balance.
